Hearing Instrument Specialist

D’Anne graduated Cum Laude from Southwest Texas State University in 1993. She proudly joined the NewSound team in 2015 and is passionate about connecting people back to their lives through better hearing. D’Anne has 24 years of client experience, and recognizes the difficulties her clients experience. She understands each client is different and needs a customized solution to their needs.

She has lived in the San Antonio area for 45 years. She enjoys spending her free-time exploring with her son and husband of 21 years.

Raquel Ruiz

Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee

Hi! My name is Raquel Ruiz. I grew up in Pleasanton. I graduated from Pleasanton High School in 2013 and later obtained an Associates of Science. I spent eight years in the Navy Reserves attached to ACB-1. I love helping others and sharing the knowledge I have learned. In my free time I am helping my daughter practice her tumbling or my husband and I are trying to recreate some crazy recipe we found on Pinterest.

Hi I’m Emily, I graduated from Texas State University and furthered my education in speech pathology which ultimately lead me to audiology. I love helping patients hear as well as they should be, but most of all, I love bringing back their confidence.

Hello, my name is Simona. I am from the Gulf Coast area and am a proud Texan. I have over 10 years of experience in the medical field. I am excited to be with New Sound Hearing and I look forward to working with and helping Patients. In my free time I love to travel, try new foods, and make memories with my family.
